If you have been backing up your email through Outlook's PST file system, here is how you import the PST file back into Outlook.
You might do this because you have moved suppliers and have set up a new IMAP account and need to put your mail back into it. Or you may have had a problem with mail and decided to restore your full account or part thereof.
